“I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my family making traditional polish when I was growing up, so I’ve always had a passion for cooking. I enjoy the thrill of working in a kitchen and being able to work across different stations. The restaurant service days are my favourite part of the course, as I love seeing the end product of what I’ve made and people’s reactions to it. That is why I would like to be a fine dining chef one day.”
