“I work in the Health & Safety team at Drax so I will be directly involved in implementing Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS) at the power plant. It’s been really useful learning about the carbon capture process and how the technology can be scaled up. I plan to take this newfound knowledge back to my team and explore the safety and environmental aspects of it, allowing us to support the projects team more.”
